How do muscle relaxants work?

They work by temporarily weakening the muscles that cause fine lines and wrinkles.

They plump up the skin and fill in moderate and deeper lines.

How long will my muscle relaxant last?

For most people, these products last approximately 3 months, though the effect may last slightly longer than this.

How much will it cost?

The amount we use varies from person to person. In your consultation you will be fully informed of how much is required before we treat you.

When will I see a result?

Fillers usually produce an immediate result, whereas muscle relaxants start to work in 4-5 days and reach their peak efficacy 2-3 weeks after treatment.

Do fillers and muscle relaxants hurt?

Most people would describe the procedure as slightly uncomfortable. For more tender areas like the lips etc. we can use ice, numbing gel or local anaesthetics to make it more comfortable.

In most cases yes. After certain procedures some people may have prolonged redness or slight swelling after treatment. We will inform you of this potential before we treat you.
